On each item there is an estimated delivery time for the product you are ordering. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a phone call within 4-5 days letting you know the timescale we would be expecting your delivery to arrive to us. Once your delivery arrives to us you will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date.

When we call to arrange your delivery you will receive an AM or PM time slot. Our delivery team will give you a call around 30 mins before their arrival to the delivery address. AM – 8.30am – 1pm PM – 12-5pm.

We have our own delivery team and don’t use a courier company.

We deliver anywhere in Fife for free. We deliver around Scotland for a charge (please see our delivery charges). If your postcode isn’t available for delivery, please give us a call on 01592 720373 and we can see what we can do!

Yes! We deliver to the room of your choice – not just to your door! Let our delivery team know where you want your bed on the day of delivery.

Yes, we can uplift your old bed/mattress. However, there is a charge for this. The cost to uplift an old mattress is £30 and £40 for a whole bed. Please don’t put your items outside before your delivery as our delivery team might refuse to lift them.

Please ensure that the room your bed is getting delivered to is clear as well as the pathway to the room. Please ensure stairways are clear and pictures and decorations on walls etc are moved as to not cause any damage. Our delivery team may refuse to move your bed if they feel it is unsafe for them to do so.

If you need to change your arranged delivery date please contact our sales team on 01592 720373 and we will do our best to find another time suitable for your delivery.

We are able to assemble your new bed at a small charge of £10 for a divan, £15 for a frame and £50 for bunks/midsleepers/highsleepers. We build the bed in the room of your choice and take away all the packaging from the bed. Please ensure the room is clear and there is enough space for our delivery team to work.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged/with parts missing. Please contact us in store on 01592 720373 and we will have this rectified as soon as possible.


All our beds come with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee. Some companies offer a longer warranty/guarantee which depends on the manufacturer. Warranties and guarantees are listed in product descriptions.

We recommend turning your mattress every couple of months (more often when it is new) to ensure there are no settlement issues with the fillings. Please check whether your mattress can be turned over – a lot of mattresses are now one sided and can only be rotated top to bottom.

Yes, we advise the use of a mattress protector on all mattresses. Unfortunately, if the mattress is soiled in any way your guarantee/warranty will be void.

If you decide you are not happy with your purchase after delivery, it may be possible at the managers discretion to exchange your purchase up to the value you have paid. However, this will incur a £50 handling fee.

Online orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. In store purchases cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product.

If you are having a problem with your mattress, give us a call on 01592 720373 and we can have our delivery team come and inspect your mattress. At this point if there is a manufacturing issue and it falls within the guarantee period we will get this exchanged for you (like for like) free of charge. If you are out of your guarantee period but your mattress comes with a warranty we can get your mattress exchanged at a warranty charge (worked out with the manufacturer). We will advise you on any warranty charges before we go ahead and exchange your product. Please note if your mattress is dirty/marked in anyway we can refuse to exchange your mattress. To ensure this doesn’t occur please use a mattress protector at all times.

Once your mattress is delivered, we advise leaving the mattress to air for as long as possible before putting your bedding on. This allows storage and fire retardancy smells to dissipate.

We have a 48 hour cooling off period where you can cancel your online order for a full refund. Each bed is considered a made to order item so cancelling out with the 48 hour cooling off period will incur a 20% charge of your order total.

There is always a tolerance from the manufacturers meaning there could be a slight difference in the width and length of your mattress. There are also differences between manufacturers that measure in metric vs imperial. I.E., a double mattress is 4 ft 6 in metric but is only 135x190cm in imperial. Meaning there is a variation in the size.

Every mattress is coated with a fire retardancy spray. Most of the time this isn’t noticeable. However, on occasion the fire retardancy can be quite strong. If the smell is quite strong, this can take a couple days to dissipate completely. We advise leaving your mattress to air for as long as possible and open a window.
