Notify us by email or writing that you want to return the goods. The goods must be in the original packaging. They must be unused, must not be assembled and as new condition.

It is your responsibility to ensure your goods are returned in a reasonable condition. They should be well wrapped and protected to avoid transit damage.

If you have ordered your goods online we offer a full refund on new/unused items for up to 10 days after your delivery has occurred. You can cancel for any reason and you will receive a full refund. After 10 days (post delivery) the cancellation charge will be 20% of the original price paid. The items MUST be in an unused and unopened condition.
