The products we sell are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery or collection. Guarantees do not cover mis-use. Some products we sell are offered with 5 years and these enhanced guarantees and warranties are specified with the goods sold.


You must check your property to make sure there is sufficient space to take delivery of your goods and make sure they fit. We will do our best to assist with the delivery if there are any problems.


A delivery service is offered to a room of your choice. At your instruction and the discretion of the delivery driver the goods may be taken into your property. The manoeuvre must be safe with no risk of damage to the good or your property. We do not accept liability for loss or damage, negligence excepted, that may arise to the goods or to your property as a consequence of those arrangements.

Late Delivery

You have no right to cancel because of late delivery. Time is not part of the contract. If you wish to make time part of the contract you must notify us in writing or by e-mail. The minimum notice period is 21 days either from us receiving the notice or after the longest period estimated on the order, whichever is the later. If we fail to make delivery within that time you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Fees

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing your order and your goods have not been delivered or collected. After 24 hours the cancellation fee is 20% of the order value.

Internet Sales

Internet 10 day refund guarantee

If you have ordered your goods online we offer a full refund on new/unused items for up to 10 days after your delivery has occurred. You can cancel for any reason and you will receive a full refund. After 10 days (post delivery) the cancellation charge will be 20% of the original price paid. The items MUST be in an unused and unopened condition.

Returns and refund procedure

Notify us by email or writing that you want to return the goods. The goods must be in the original packaging. They must be unused, must not be assembled and as new condition. It is your responsibility to ensure your goods are returned in a reasonable condition. They should be well wrapped and protected to avoid transit damage. The terms and conditions stated above do not affect your statutory rights.
